Just grafted the top closed on this hat and it IS very warm. Just holding this double layer hat on my hand, I can feel heat radiating inside. It took me two days and demonstrates a number of techniques; like the jogless jog, different decrease methods, and even the best hem for a sweater I have ever seen. Photos below. Began the last handout last night…an original mitten pattern by EZ of a snow-laden tree. Knit on size US5 with DK weight yarn, they are going fast!
